Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute marketplace strategies aligned with client goals.
Track and optimize sales performance, account health, and product listings.
Resolve
marketplace errors, feed issues, and policy violations
.
Optimize product listings with
SEO techniques
to improve visibility.
Collaborate with platform partners (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.) to troubleshoot and improve performance.
Generate performance reports and actionable insights using
Excel and marketplace tools
.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to clients.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure overall client satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
26 years of experience in
marketplace account management, analysis, or operations
.
Strong
Excel skills
(pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
Hands-on experience resolving
marketplace errors, feed issues, and compliance violations
.
In-depth knowledge of
Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target
marketplaces.
Proficiency with marketplace tools, reporting systems, and Salesforce (preferred).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, US shift environment (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST)
