Location: Mahavastu Corp LLP, F-31, Basement, F Block, Sector 63, Noida ,Uttar Pradesh, 201301 Position : E-commerce Experience Required: 1-3years Key Responsibilities: 1-Shopify Website Management Handle daily operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and content. Make basic theme edits using HTML, CSS, and Liquid to adjust layouts and improve the site experience. Improve website speed, structure, and mobile responsiveness. Execute on-page SEO: meta tags, schema, alt texts, and internal linking. Update homepage sections, promotional banners, and landing pages. Monitor and report on store performance via Shopify analytics. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns. Monitor traffic, conversions, and behavior using Google Analytics and Shopify reports. Prepare insights-driven performance reports and suggest improvements. 2-Amazon Account Management Create, update, and optimize product listings with proper titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images. Manage FBA/FBM operations: inventory levels, pricing, and logistics. Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and track results. Monitor account health, customer feedback, and compliance. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns. Monitor traffic, conversions, and behavior using Amazon analytics. Prepare insights-driven performance reports and suggest improvements. 3-Tech & Tools Management (WATI) Manage the WATI platform for WhatsApp automation and customer engagement. Set up, test, and optimize WhatsApp campaigns, flows, and broadcasts. Create customer segmentation and trigger-based messages (e.g. cart recovery, order updates). Collaborate with the marketing team to align WATI communication with active campaigns. Analyze message performance, click-throughs, and response data for optimization. Make structural or flow changes within WATI to improve user journey and conversion. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns. Monitor traffic, conversions, and behavior using WATI dashboards. Prepare insights-driven performance reports and suggest improvements. Required Skills: Strong experience with Shopify backend, product & theme management. Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, Liquid) for Shopify theme customizations. Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, product uploads, and campaign setup. Hands-on experience with WATI or similar WhatsApp automation tools. Solid understanding of SEO for e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Shopify Reports. Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. Prior experience in D2C or digitally native brands. Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and its integration with organic search strategies. Experience with various content management systems (CMS) and their impact on SEO.
