The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive sales to meet targets. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. The Retail Manager will also be responsible for staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
