Job Title:

Location:

Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate the fit-out of retail stores within the mall, ensuring timely execution of tenant interior works as per mall standards, safety compliance, and overall design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit-Out Coordination:

Serve as the single point of contact for tenants during the fit-out phase.
Review and approve tenant design submissions in coordination with design and leasing teams.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth handover and commencement of works.

Site Supervision:

Monitor ongoing fit-out works at site to ensure adherence to approved drawings and mall guidelines.
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.

Documentation & Compliance:

Verify and maintain documentation such as NOCs, approvals, safety permits, insurance, and work schedules.
Ensure contractors follow all mall protocols including safety norms and operating procedures.

Handover & Inspection:

Conduct pre-handover and post-completion inspections to verify readiness for store opening.
Coordinate with MEP and operations teams for service clearances and readiness.

Reporting:

Maintain fit-out progress reports, issue trackers, and daily work updates.
Escalate delays, design deviations, or safety violations to the appropriate stakeholders.
