Retail Executive

You are a Retail Executive at an exclusive mobile store located at MG road, Indore. As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets for the business. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating product features, and recommending appropriate solutions. Your positive attitude and quick problem-solving abilities will contribute to customer satisfaction and the store's profitability. Your duties will include greeting and assisting customers, providing accurate information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries, facilitating purchases through price and feature comparisons, cross-selling products, maintaining fully stocked racks, managing merchandise returns, collaborating with the Retail Sales Representatives team to enhance customer service, informing customers about discounts and promotions, sharing customer feedback with the Store Manager, and staying updated on new products and services. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar position, a solid grasp of the retail sales process, understanding of consumer behavior, knowledge of inventory stocking procedures, basic math skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication abilities to establish rapport with customers, adaptability to fast-paced environments, willingness to work different shifts, a high school degree, and a BSc in Marketing or related field is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring you to work day shifts. Proficiency in English is essential, and availability for day shifts is required.
