Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist for Odoo users within the retail environment, your main purpose is to provide exceptional customer support, assist with master data and pricing management, and troubleshoot system usage. You will also manage non-fuel retail product pricing, conduct basket analysis for product combos, and provide minor Odoo technical support to ensure smooth non-fuel retail operations. Key Responsibilities: - **Master Data Management** - Manage master data related to retail operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Odoo modules. - Maintain timeliness of price change requests with zero tolerance for errors. - **Pricing** - Update price lists for non-fuel retail items, configure pricing rules, discounts, and promotions. - Ensure accuracy and consistency, comply with Control standards, and maintain timeliness of price change requests. - Handle pricing and customer information confidentially. - **Basket Analysis** - Identify product groupings, create combos to enhance sales strategies. - Implement product baskets and campaigns, analyze performance, and present growth in revenue. - **Internal Support** - Act upon customer requests within service level parameters, escalate issues promptly. - Serve as the primary contact for internal users, provide troubleshooting assistance, deliver training and support. - Collaborate with teams to address challenges, maintain documentation of support cases. - **Reporting & Statistics** - Provide reports on pricing effectiveness and basket analysis insights. - Prepare costing & pricing analysis, report on support issues and master data quality. Qualifications: - Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or similar field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or help desk roles. - Experience in ERP or retail systems, retail basket analysis, and sales data analytics. - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate technical information clearly. Skills: - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel. - Experience in managing Odoo is a plus, strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a matrix organization, good time management to handle priorities.
