Retail Chain Development Manager

We are hiring a Retail Development Manager to drive expansion and performance across our retail network.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new retail locations aligned with business goals

- Build and maintain relationships with franchise partners and retail stakeholders

- Develop market entry strategies and oversee store launch timelines

- Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize store performance

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency

### Desired Skills:

- Proven experience in retail expansion, franchise development, or business development

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and deliver results in dynamic environments

- Familiarity with Indian retail markets, especially in Eastern and Northeastern regions

- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
