Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Buying Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Retail Buying Merchandiser will be responsible for selecting and purchasing new products, managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and analyzing sales trends to ensure we meet customer demands. The role also includes coordinating with the sales team, overseeing product displays, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Retail and knowledge of Sales & Marketing
• Proficient in inventory management and sales trend analysis
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
