Retail Business Development Executive – Ahmedabad

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Per-store onboarding bonus, sales commission, and quarterly performance bonus

🎯 Goals

Onboard 15–20 gift & lifestyle shops in the first 2 months

Expand to 50+ active stores within 6 months

Drive consistent orders from retail partners, targeting ₹3–4 lakh monthly retail revenue in 6 months

Maintain 40–50 store visits per week and build strong, repeat relationships

📌 Role & Responsibilities

Visit gift shops, lifestyle stores, and religious shops across Ahmedabad to showcase Zoci Voci products

Place product samples and catalogs at retail stores for display

Collect and manage orders for both customized and ready-stock products

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for repeat sales

Monitor competitor activity and share market insights

Report weekly on store visits, new tie-ups, orders booked, and revenue generated

👤 Who Can Apply

1–4 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, FMCG, or gifting industry

Strong communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi; English is a plus)

Target-driven, persuasive, and willing to do 10–12 store visits daily

Passionate about gifting, design, and helping people celebrate special moments
