To work in an error free environment and ensure that all the processes as laid out by the bank are followed properly without any deviations under the guidance and supervision of the teller authorizer and branch manager as per the expectations of the bank and its constituents. So that The branch customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment that in turn ensures the branch attains profitability on all parameters with superior customer service and superior cross sell of products.
Is responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers. Acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
So that We become the primary banker for these Classic relationships and maximize the share of wallet of these customers.
To facilitate acquisition of new current account customers in the branch
Ensure Activation and value build-up in newly acquired current account customer portfolio / value enhancement from portfolio of customers assigned. Higher customer wallet share of float and focus on cross-sell of business need products & personal banking and investment products to portfolio customers.
