Job Title:

Department:

Role Purpose:

Responsible for driving cross-sell of asset products (Business Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, LAP, etc.) to existing customers through branch and alternate channels, ensuring revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Sell Execution:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell asset products to existing liability customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for asset products.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with customers to understand financial needs.
Provide customized solutions and ensure superior customer experience.

Channel Coordination:

Work closely with branch banking teams and alternate channels for lead generation.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to internal policies and RBI guidelines.
Complete documentation and verification for loan processing.

Portfolio Monitoring:

Track performance metrics and report progress to management.
Implement strategies to improve penetration and reduce attrition.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 - 5 years in
Sales / Cross-Sell of Asset Products
in BFSI.
Strong knowledge of
Business Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, LAP
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet aggressive targets.
