Position: Sales Manager
Location: Jalpaiguri
Experience: 2–5 Years in Any Field Sales
CTC: 3.15 LPA + incentive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through active field sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BFSI / Insurance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
