Role Overview:
Responsible for managing a small sales team while actively contributing to field sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and support a team of sales executives
• Drive field sales and ensure target achievement
• Identify new business opportunities in the market
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2+ years of experience in field sales
• Team handling experience is an added advantage
• Graduation Complete
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Local market knowledge preferred ( Kolkata - All Area)
