Role & responsibilities

BTL & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor
BTL marketing activities
, including on-ground promotions, activations, events, and COCO-FOCO level branding.
Develop and implement
retail sales strategies
to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and external agencies for seamless execution of campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
Manage and track the BTL budget, ensuring cost-effective executions and maximum ROI.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.
Lead the sales team and guide them in achieving store-level and region-level targets.
Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and mentor the on-ground sales team.
Create weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company standards in all offline marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in
BTL, Retail Sales, Channel Sales, or Field Marketing
, preferably in the automobile, EV, FMCG, or consumer electronics sector.
Strong understanding of BTL execution, market activations, and dealer network management.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing field teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage timelines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and activation.
