Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential Dealers through various channels including industry events, online platforms, referrals, and market research. Qualify leads to ensure they meet our Dealers criteria. 2. Franchise Presentation and Education: Develop a deep understanding of our Dealer model, including benefits, investment requirements, and support provided. Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential franchisees, addressing their queries and concerns. 3. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Provide feedback to the management team on potential areas for expansion and development. 5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the Dealer Development team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new Dealer. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices. 6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of Dealer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status. 7. Dealer Support and Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between potential Dealer’s and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into the franchise system. Provide ongoing support and resources to Dealer’s as needed. 8. Compliance and Due Diligence Ensure potential Dealer’s meet all necessary legal and financial requirements.
