Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers in the
Agri & Rural segment
through field visits and relationship-building.
Promote and cross-sell the banks
Retail Agri products
such as Kisan Credit Card, Gold Loans, Agri Term Loans, Tractor Loans, Crop Loans, and Allied Agri Loans.
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent portfolio growth.
Conduct customer profiling, financial assessment, and documentation.
Build long-term relationships with farmers, traders, and rural entrepreneurs.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Actively participate in local campaigns, customer meets, and promotional activities.
