Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing Madhulika Sweets outlets and operating from the office. Your primary duties will include visiting each outlet daily, maintaining hygiene standards, monitoring storage conditions, grooming standards, and staff requirements. Additionally, you will need to keep necessary records, check product conditions, oversee lighting, AC, and music systems, provide training and feedback, and assist in administrative tasks when at the office.
