Introduction: This is about the manager whose task will be overseeing Madhulika sweets outlets and operate from office.

Must Have:

1. Graduate
2. Driving licence with personal bike
3. Good knowledge of computers, electronics, excel, word, IT and problem-solving
4. knack
5. Young, energetic, positive attitude.

Type of Work:

1. Partly office based and partly Madhulika Sweets outlet visits (daily basis). Will be a little physically demanding.

Work Profile:

1. Outlet related work.
2.  Visit Each outlet daily
3.  Not at all responsible for sales, cash and staff problems
4.  Watch Hygiene of outlet and make strategies to keep hygienic condition sustained
5. Look at the storage conditions of products and boxes and over all looks
6.  Maintain grooming standards and minimum staff requirements
7.  Maintain compulsory outlet records and systems
8.  Make sure all products are in proper conditions and not expired
9.  Maintain lightning, AC and Music systems
10.  Training and Feedback
11. Office Based
12.  When not in outlets, stay at office
13.  Assist in admin tasks
14.  Prepare reports.
15.  Access CCTVs and keep an eye on outlets
16.  Help in other office work
