Resume Consultant - Technical Writing in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Write highly technical documents in English, including professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis with diverse clients, including junior associates, executives (VP/CXOs), and specialised professionals, to understand job roles, document requirements, and provide consulting while ensuring timely delivery of assignments.
• Extensively use Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents.
• Undertake secondary research to develop unique, innovative document formats and content strategies, while researching relevant content and industry jargon for various profiles.
• Ensure scrutiny of documents developed for clients and ensure that each document meets prescribed quality standards and norms.
• Communicate with customers, handle escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports.
• Conduct research to update yourself on industry knowledge & trends.
• Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills in the English language when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
