Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-oriented Waiters to join our team for the upcoming Executive Lounge in New Delhi. The role focuses on providing exceptional service, ensuring smooth F&B operations, and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seating areas
• Take and process food & beverage orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to detail
• Assist in buffet setup, live counters, and replenishment
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of service areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of F&B service experience in hotels, lounges, or premium dining setups
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; preferred)
• Knowledge of service etiquette and hospitality protocols
• Smart, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
• Team player with a positive and guest-first attitude
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Location: New Delhi – Executive Lounge

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Shift-Based)

Salary: Competitive + Service Benefits
