Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Manage staff schedules, including training new employees on menu knowledge and customer handling.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective marketing strategies.
