Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service stations. Menu Knowledge: Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and recommendations. Billing & Payments: Handle billing, process cash or digital payments, and provide receipts. Team Support: Assist kitchen and other staff in smooth coordination of service. Complaint Handling: Address guest concerns or complaints politely and escalate if needed. Table Management: Set up, arrange, and clear tables efficiently. Stock & Supplies: Monitor availability of cutlery, condiments, and other essentials; report shortages. Health & Safety Compliance: Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
