Operating Hours: 12 PM to 1:30 AM(with Break Shift)

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Captain at Nincasa - House Of Brews is a vital team leader dedicated to creating seamless and enjoyable guest experiences throughout each service. Acting as both a supervisor and a frontline host, the Captain exemplifies the Nincasa commitment to a vibrant, innovative, and welcoming dining environment. This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with 4-5 years of relevant experience, ready to uphold the highest standards and reflect the brand's community spirit on every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome every guest, ensuring a memorable first impression that captures Nincasa's friendly and contemporary atmosphere.
• Manage reservations efficiently, coordinate seating to optimize flow, and balance comfort with operational needs.
• Supervise and guide the service teamincluding waitstaff, bussers, and support staffto deliver prompt, attentive, and personalized service for every table.
• Possess thorough knowledge of Nincasa's diverse menu and craft offerings, confidently recommending items and answering customer queries.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure the timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages, paying careful attention to guest requests and presentation standards.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns and feedback, transforming issues into opportunities to reinforce guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead training and ongoing development for staff, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in all dining areas and ensure staff compliance with hygiene protocols.
• Accurately process guest orders using POS systems and facilitate smooth billing and communication between service, kitchen, and bar.
• Assist with inventory and supply processes, ensuring all dining area needs are met and reported to management as needed.
• Contribute to shift planning and scheduling, managing break shifts and maintaining strong team morale during peak hours.
• Embody and promote Nincasa's culture of innovation, hospitality, and guest-centric service at all times.
