Restaurant Purchase Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Purchase Executive located in Gurugram. The Restaurant Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the purchase orders and purchase requisitions, ensuring efficient procurement processes, and maintaining vendor relationships. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing, monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts, and ensuring that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Procurement processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
