Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Restaurant Onboard - KYC at Umruz Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new restaurants and managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Daily tasks include verifying necessary documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Effective communication with restaurant owners and team members will be crucial to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Service and Food Preparation procedures
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and onboarding processes
• Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with KYC processes and relevant regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Looking for candidate who are in and around Vijayawada District AP.
