Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Nelamangala, Bengaluru for a Trainer in the Apparel and Textile industry. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on various aspects of apparel production, textile manufacturing, and quality control. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, evaluating trainee progress, and providing actionable feedback. The Trainer will also collaborate with the assessment team to ensure programs are effective and meet industry standards. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of apparel production and textile manufacturing processes Experience in quality control and assurance in the textile and apparel industry Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to create comprehensive training materials and conduct hands-on training sessions Excellent organizational and assessment skills Ability to work collaboratively with the assessment team Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Apparels/Garments/Textile Engineering, Apparel Design, or related field.
