Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.

2.Manage staff scheduling , training, and performance.

3.Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

4.Handle customer feedback and resolve issue promptly.

5.Manage Inventory, procurement and vendor relationship.

6.Ensure compliance with company policies and FSSAI regulations.

7.Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hotel / Restaurant Management preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in a reputed restaurant or QSR chain.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Hands-on experience with POS systems and inventory management software.

  • Excellent customer service and team management skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
