As the Restaurant Manager at Fashion TV, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and achieve financial and operational goals. Your role will play a key part in maintaining the overall reputation and profitability of the establishment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operations Management:** - Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth flow, and addressing any issues. - Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service while adhering to established protocols. - Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders to ensure adequate supplies and minimize wastage. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. - **Customer Service:** - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience. - Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly and professionally, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. - **Staff Management:** - Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members, create schedules, manage shifts, and assign duties effectively. - Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to motivate and develop the team. - **Financial Management:** - Monitor and control restaurant expenses, implement pricing strategies, and prepare financial reports. - Identify areas for improvement, implement cost-saving measures, and maximize revenue while remaining competitive. - **Marketing and Promotion:** - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities, special events, and campaigns. - Engage in community activities and networking to enhance the restaurant's brand and reputation. - **Inventory and Supply Chain:** - Manage inventory levels, build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms for cost efficiency. - **Staff Training and Development:** - Organize regular training sessions to ensure staff members are well-informed about menu items, service standards, and safety protocols. - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth. **Qualifications And Requirements:** - Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role preferred. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in financial management, basic accounting principles, and restaurant software/POS systems. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
