Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café and lounge at Burnout Delhi, ensuring excellent customer experience, smooth staff coordination, and efficient service standards. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant and café operations, ensuring top-notch service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, and control costs.
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and event management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be graduate.
  • Experience in restaurant/café management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working late-night shifts and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
