Senior Steward - Burnout Delhi

The Senior Steward is responsible for delivering high-quality guest service while supporting the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors in smooth day-to-day service operations. The role includes guiding junior stewards and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests

* Supervise and guide junior stewards during shifts

* Ensure proper table setup, service flow, and cleanliness

* Handle guest queries and minor complaints professionally

* Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service

* Support billing, order accuracy, and upselling initiatives

* Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards

Requirements & Skills

* 2–4 years of experience as a Steward / Service Executive

* Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards

* Good communication and guest-handling skills

* Leadership ability to guide and train junior staff

* Comfortable with late-night shifts, weekends, and high-footfall environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
