Restaurant Interior Set-up Executive

As the Restaurant Interior Set-up Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of all infrastructure development activities for outlets. Your primary focus will be to ensure the timely setup of outlets while adhering to company standards, regulatory guidelines, and franchise agreements. Your technical skills will be crucial in this role, including proficiency in Civil and Interior Project Management, Budgeting & Cost Control, Vendor Negotiation, as well as experience with AutoCAD & Project Planning Tools. Moreover, your soft skills such as Leadership & Team Coordination, Problem Solving, Communication & Negotiation, and Time Management will be essential for success. Having a strong system knowledge is also important, specifically in MS Project / Primavera, MS Office Suite, and ERP/Project Management Software. A mandatory qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Infrastructure Development is required, while a preferred qualification could include Civil Engineering or an MBA in Project Management, Infrastructure Planning, or Construction Management. Your key responsibilities will include Project Planning & Execution, Vendor & Contractor Management, Budgeting & Cost Control, Compliance & Quality Assurance, Cross-Functional Coordination, as well as Documentation & Reporting. Given the nature of the role, you should expect frequent travel to project sites and be prepared to work under tight deadlines with extended hours as required.,
