Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise servers on the floor Engage guests and ensure top-tier service standards Assign roles and manage team responsibilities Coordinate between kitchen and service teams Ensure accurate billing and timely service Handle guest feedback and special requests Train and guide junior staff Maintain hygiene and safety protocols Who We're Looking For (Captain): 2–3 years’ experience as Captain, Senior Server, or Supervisor in premium dining Strong leadership and communication skills Deep knowledge of food & beverage service Excellent time and team management Fluent in English and Hindi (other languages a plus) Well-groomed, confident, guest-focused Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends Calm under pressure with a guest-first mindset What We Offer:A leadership role in one of Ahmedabad’s most exciting new dining destinations
