Burma Burma is a Pan India specialty Burmese cuisine restaurant and tea room that celebrates the culture, taste, and cooking styles of Burma. Founded by childhood friends Chirag Chhajer & Ankit Gupta, Burma Burma currently owns 13 restaurants and delivery kitchens across the country. The concept brings Burmese culture to life through a unique amalgamation of migrant food cultures, street food, and age-old homestyle cooking in a contemporary format.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Captain role located in Hyderabad at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. The Restaurant Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage quality.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Food & Beverage industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with leadership qualities
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Hospitality Management degree or relevant certification
