Resource & Operation Management

As a Resource & Operation Management professional, your role involves planning, coordinating, monitoring, allocating, consolidating, and analyzing the Revenue Budget for the ENGG vertical. You will also be responsible for managing the Manpower (Regular, Outsource, and FTEs) for the ENGG vertical. Collaboration with ENGG, PDPLN, HMGLN, FIN, and HR teams on a regular basis is a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be preparing ENGG specific policies related to the mentioned areas and generating Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reports for management review.
