Resource & Operation Management

As a Resource & Operation Management professional, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, allocating, consolidating, and analyzing the Revenue Budget and Manpower for the Engineering (ENGG) vertical. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams such as ENGG, PDPLN, HMGLN, FIN, and HR on a regular basis. Additionally, you will be required to prepare ENGG specific policies, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management review. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, Coordinate, Monitor, Allocate, Consolidate, and Analyse the Revenue Budget for the ENGG vertical - Plan, Coordinate, Monitor, Allocate, Consolidate, and Analyse the Manpower (Regular, Outsource, and FTEs) for the ENGG vertical - Collaborate with ENGG, PDPLN, HMGLN, FIN, and HR teams regularly - Preparation of ENGG specific policies - Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reports for management review **Qualifications Required:** - B.E / B. Tech / B.Com - Hands-on experience in an Automobile organization - Experience with ERP tools - Experience in MIS report preparation - Stakeholder Management skills - Communication Management skills - Knowledge of Zero Base budgeting - Exposure to BI Tools preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, exposure to policy preparation would be considered desirable for this role.,
