Resource Management Specialist

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Resource Management Specialist responsible for efficiently allocating internal and external talent for projects. Your role involves overseeing resource demand and availability across offshore, nearshore, and contract-based resources. You will ensure alignment with budgetary and skill-based requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high consultant utilization and customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Resource Management or Vendor Management, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations. You are adept at managing high-volume hiring initiatives and have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Operating effectively as an individual contributor while engaging with multiple stakeholders is a key strength. Your experience in working with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers and vendor partners, will be valuable. This is a contract-based job with a day shift schedule.
