Resource Management Specialist

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Resource Management Specialist to join the Workforce Planning Fulfillment Team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India. As a Fulfillment Solution Partner (FSP), you will play a crucial role in assigning consultants to projects, managing the bench, and ensuring the right opportunities for unassigned consultants. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with Fulfillment Strategists and consultants, actively managing the bench, tracking availability, preparing consultants for future opportunities, and creating supply reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in staffing calls and collaborate with Fulfillment Strategists, Practice leaders, and delivery teams - Manage consultants on the bench by identifying potential opportunities and matching skill sets with the right projects - Maintain staffing data in internal systems and manage an extensive skills repository of internal talent - Communicate bench end dates and align consultant availability with business unit plans - Provide analysis on key metrics such as availability, utilization, and time to fill - Capture release information and feedback while employees are rolling off from an account Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - 4+ years of experience in workforce planning, staffing, or recruiting - 4+ years of professional services or consulting industry experience - Strong communication, PC software, data analysis, and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and balance business needs About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
