Key Responsibilities:

Resource Planning & Allocation:

• End to end resource management, understand lifecycle, internal fulfilment, bench management etc
• Develop and maintain a resource plan to meet project and business requirements.
• Allocate resources (human, equipment, financial) based on project scope, deadlines, and priorities.
• Track resource availability and utilization to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time.

Resource Optimization:

• Identify underutilized resources and reallocate them to areas where they are needed most.
• Monitor and analyze resource performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Develop strategies for reducing resource wastage and improving cost-efficiency.
