Job Description

Role Overview: As the Regional Asia-Pacific Lead for the HSBC Global Resource Booking Team at JLL, you will play a crucial role in delivering support and managing day-to-day operations of the Resource Booking System. Working closely with a global team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, resolving customer enquiries, and implementing new initiatives under the guidance of the Regional Leads. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Resource Booking work queue efficiently, responding to customer enquiries within agreed SLAs - Replicate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating to Tier 2 support when necessary - Build and amend system resources via Admin modules - Manage user access requests and panel troubleshooting - Deliver guidance and training to employees on system usage - Implement new rollouts and initiatives as directed by the Regional Leads Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of past work experience as a systems administrator or customer experience representative - Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand and engage with vendor systems - Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into system solutions - Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences - Experience in delivering training to end users and working collaboratively in virtual teams - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of Chinese, Mandarin, French, or Spanish would be beneficial Additional Company Details: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, with operations in over 80 countries and a workforce of over 102,000 individuals worldwide.
