We are hiring passionate and experienced hospitality professionals for one of our wildlife resorts located in the heart of India’s most iconic national park: Kanha

Open Positions:

• Resort Manager – Kanha Tiger Reserve (Madhya Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily resort operations across departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services) and send daily reports to the management.
• Regular reporting to Management and following SOP’s
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences and uphold service standards
• Coordinate with wildlife tour guides and naturalists for seamless guest activities
• Manage teams efficiently, maintaining morale and discipline
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics in a remote setting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Desired Profile for the Position:

• Background as an F&B Manager, Operations Manager, or Front Office Manager in reputed hotels/resorts/restaurants
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong guest relations and service orientation
• Ability to manage multi-departmental resort operations
• Willingness to live and work in remote, wildlife-rich locations

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who:

• Have prior experience managing or assisting in the operations of wildlife resorts
• Understand the unique challenges and rhythms of working in remote natural environments

Job Details:

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in reputed hotels/resorts/restaurant

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate in any subject with good communication skills
• Candidates having degree/diploma in Hotel Management can also apply
• Age limit: up to 40 years
