We are hiring passionate and experienced hospitality professionals for one of our wildlife resorts located in the heart of India’s most iconic national park: Kaziranga . Open Positions: Assistant Resort Manager – Kaziranga National Park (Assam) Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily resort operations across departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services) and send daily reports to the management. Regular reporting to Management and following SOP’s Ensure high-quality guest experiences and uphold service standards Coordinate with wildlife tour guides and naturalists for seamless guest activities Manage teams efficiently, maintaining morale and discipline Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics in a remote setting Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Desired Profile for the Position: Background as an F&B Manager , Operations Manager , or Front Office Manager in reputed hotels/resorts/restaurants Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong guest relations and service orientation Ability to manage multi-departmental resort operations Willingness to live and work in remote, wildlife-rich locations Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who: Have prior experience managing or assisting in the operations of wildlife resorts Understand the unique challenges and rhythms of working in remote natural environments Job Details: Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years in reputed hotels/resorts/restaurant Minimum Qualifications: Graduate in any subject with good communication skills Candidates having degree/diploma in Hotel Management can also apply Age limit: up to 40 years Why Join Us?
