Job Description

As a Sales Manager in Residential Real Estate at Sobha Limited, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, scheduling site visits, conducting project walkthroughs, and effectively explaining offerings. Your role will also involve coordinating with the CRM and post-sales teams, achieving site visit and booking targets consistently, as well as handling premium Sobha residential projects. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales, hold a minimum graduate degree in any discipline, possess excellent communication and client-handling skills, and maintain a good network of Channel Partners (CP). A background in a Builder firm or CP firm is strongly preferred. You should be willing to work weekends and be driven by sales targets. Exposure to CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred, will be beneficial. Sobha Limited offers incentives that are considered best in the industry.
