**Mandatory stay in the company hostel **Prefer non Chennai candidates Role & responsibilities Shri Hostels, a chain of premium women's hostels in Chennai is hiring for CRM Executive position The role is CRM (Customer Relationship Management) executive and job responsibilities include * Attend incoming client calls and answer them appropriately with hostel details * Make outgoing calls based on the inquiry made to us with appropriate details * Learn and understand the facilities, tariffs, locations of hostels quickly to address all queries * Making Welcome/Exit of the new/outgoing residents * Issue tracking system: Daily, log the issues reported form the branch incharges/residents and assign the respective persons to fix the complaints . Ensure followup till closure.
