Residential Appraisal QC Analyst

You will be joining a leading company in the BPO industry, focused on expanding its analytics divisions to revolutionize the real estate and financial services sector with cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Your role as a Residential Appraisal Quality Control Analyst will involve ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in residential property appraisals to minimize risks and ensure precise property valuations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify appraisal reports for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Cross-check property details including size, layout, condition, and comparable properties. - Assess adjustments made to comparable sales for appropriateness. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Identify red flags, fraud, or misrepresentation in appraisals. - Provide feedback to appraisers and collaborate with stakeholders. - Prepare detailed reports and maintain QC logs. - Deliver training sessions and implement process improvements. - Utilize specialized appraisal QC software and databases. - Manage client relationships and prepare quality control reports.
