Job Overview: We are looking for a Resident Sales Manager who will play a key role in managing sales operations and product delivery to distilleries in their assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, sourcing quality material from nearby markets, and ensuring timely and consistent supply to distilleries. Key Responsibilities: • Market our core products (rice, maize, malt) to distilleries in your region • Identify nearby suppliers and procurement sources to fulfill supply requirements • Ensure regular and timely delivery of products to distilleries • Monitor daily sales activity and submit progress reports • Handle negotiations and maintain strong buyer-supplier relationships • Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, quality checks, and payments • Represent the company professionally and expand its local presence Candidate Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the agro-commodity or distillery supply sector • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to speak multiple regional languages is preferred • Willingness to travel extensively and manage field operations independently • Self-motivated and target-driven Perks & Benefits: • Competitive salary (₹40,000–₹50,000 based on experience) • Travel and stay expenses covered or reimbursed • Opportunity to work with a well-established and expanding group
