Role Overview: As a Resident Sales Engineer / Manager for Aquariuss product line in Madhya Pradesh, your main responsibility will be to drive regional sales and cultivate customer relationships. You will need to achieve sales targets, provide technical and commercial support, manage dealer relationships, and expand the company's market share in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Identify prospective clients and new business opportunities in Madhya Pradesh. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. - Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and market trends. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and technical assistance. - Conduct regular site visits to tailor solutions to customer applications. - Coordinate with local dealers to support sales activities and enhance market penetration. - Provide training and guidance to dealer teams to improve product understanding and sales effectiveness. - Prepare and deliver timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. - Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for strategic planning. - Organize product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients and dealers. - Collaborate with service and technical support teams to address customer concerns and resolve technical issues efficiently. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA would be an added advantage. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in construction equipment or heavy machinery sector. Knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh market is desirable. - Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken). Additional Company Details: This field-based role requires frequent travel within the Madhya Pradesh region, involving a mix of on-site customer visits and coordination from either a home or regional office environment.
