Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Resident Nurse. The Resident Nurse will be responsible for delivering hands-on care to senior residents, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing care plans in collaboration with physicians. They will perform health assessments, oversee nursing aides, ensure infection control, and provide emotional support to residents. The role also involves educating residents and their families about health management and maintaining accurate clinical documentation to align with medical and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, health assessments, and nursing procedures
• Experience with medication management and administration protocols
• Strong understanding of infection control guidelines and clinical documentation
• Compassionate communication skills, especially for emotional support and guidance
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team
• Registered Nurse (RN) license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Previous experience in geriatric or assisted living care is a strong advantage
• Commitment to patient dignity, empathy, and high ethical standards
