Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist at Gracias Living, based in Gurugram. The Physiotherapist will work closely with senior residents, assessing their physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing effective rehabilitation therapies. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, designing and implementing physiotherapy programs, monitoring progress, educating residents and caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate will contribute positively to the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in Physiotherapy, physical rehabilitation techniques, and exercise prescription
Ability to assess, evaluate, and diagnose physical conditions, and create tailored treatment plans
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with elderly residents and collaborate with caregivers
Professional qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a strong understanding of geriatric care
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and manage treatment schedules effectively
Certification in advanced physiotherapy techniques or additional training in elder care is advantageous
