Role OverviewWe are looking for a qualified and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to oversee routine medical care, emergency response, and ongoing health monitoring for staff and trainees at our Kolad–Raigad facility. Key Responsibilities Provide primary healthcare, routine check-ups, and general medical consultations. Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions. Manage medical emergencies, first aid administration, and stabilization of patients prior to referral. Maintain detailed medical records, case histories, and fitness assessments. Oversee medicine stock, emergency kits, and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols. Provide preventive healthcare guidance, wellness counselling, and health education. Coordinate with hospitals, specialists, or paramedics for escalated cases. Ensure adherence to medical, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications MBBS from a recognized medical institution. Valid MCI / State Medical Council Registration. Experience in General Practice, Family Medicine, or Emergency Care preferred. Ability to handle remote-site medical responsibilities independently. Skills & CompetenciesExcellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Calm, composed, and effective under pressure—especially during emergencies. Strong communication and patient-handling skills. Professional, dependable, and ethical.
