Location: Navi Mumbai & Gurugram - Onsite
Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a networking expert ready to take on high-impact responsibilities in a dynamic data center environment? We re looking for a Resident Engineer - L3 with a strong technical background and a passion for hands-on problem-solving in real-time networking setups.
What We re Looking ForEducation:
BE/B.Tech/MCA
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CWNA are a plus
Key Skills & Experience:
6+ years in Networking Technical Support / TAC roles
Advanced troubleshooting (including packet capture-level analysis)
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Experience with Arista equipment highly preferred
Deep understanding of Spine-leaf Architecture (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF
Hands-on with network monitoring, OS patching, vulnerability management
Ability to design, configure, and optimize Arista modules
Automation experience using Arista APIs
Experience in creating/updating HLD & LLD documents with diagrams
Proficiency in managing customer escalations and working with Arista TAC
Comfortable with shift-based work in a Data Center setting
